2024 MAZDA CX-30 vs 2023 MAZDA CX-30

Serving Cleveland, OH

The Mazda CX-30 debuted in the Mazda lineup in 2020 as a capable, subcompact crossover SUV with an enviable style. Both the 2023 and 2024 model years are mid-generation versions, but a few key differences may affect your final selection. Our Classic Mazda Westside team is available to help you explore these differences.

Performance

The Mazda CX-30’s trim lineup grows in 2024 with the debut of the Carbon Turbo trim. It is placed between the Mazda CX-30’s Carbon Edition and Premium trim levels. If you choose the new Carbon Turbo trim, your crossover will draw 250 horsepower from a 2.5-liter turbo, four-cylinder engine. This is the same engine standard for the higher trim levels in 2023 and 2024. The lower levels are outfitted with a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder, 191-horsepower engine. A six-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive are standard across the board.

Appearance

If you choose the 2024 Mazda CX-30 Carbon Turbo, your Mazda will have the exclusive Zircon Sand body paint with black wheels. Another change for the Mazda CX-30 is the name change of the Select trim to the Select Sport trim. The Select Sport is designed with Ceramic Metallic paint, enhanced 18-inch wheels, and black mirror caps. Otherwise, the style of the Mazda CX-30 is unchanged. The look continues to show off a dramatically tapered profile, thick body molding, and muted, angled contours on the doors. At the front, the ovular LED headlamps are accessorized with a chrome bar, and this same bar supports the grille.

Features

The new Carbon Turbo trim for 2024 is dressed up with terracotta-colored leather upholstery. The renamed Select Sport trim adds a dual-zone auto climate control system, black synthetic leather seats, a leather-covered steering wheel, and a leather-covered gear selector. The Mazda CX-30’s higher trims for 2024 also now have a 10.3-inch infotainment system screen. Additional features offered for 2023 and 2024 are a blind-spot warning, heated front seats, a power liftgate, paddle shifters, a head-up display, a 12-speaker Bose sound system, traffic jam assist, and parking sensors.

Our primary goal at Classic Mazda Westside is to help each customer enjoy a great Mazda experience, beginning with the selection of their ideal model. We can help you explore all that the Mazda CX-30 offers, and we invite you to visit the showroom today.
