Everyone made everything easy and gave great guidance and advice. One thing that was missed was resetting my tire pressure gage. This caused me to check the air pressure in my tires and reset the alarm

Spoke with another Mazda dealer and they wouldn’t budge on the price. We went to Classic and they took a significant amount off of MSRP. We were in and out within an hour and a half. Everyone was nice and we would highly recommend.

Everything was great till I drove off the lot. Apparently one of the spark plugs that were replaced was defective. I would expect that the vehicle be test driven. Instead I almost got on the highway, before I had to return.
Service appt given right away. In and out with a loaner car and battery fixed under warranty same day.

I found the Deep Crystal Blue Mica CX-30 I have been eyeing for weeks. Patrick made the buying experience so lovely, and spent time with me to show me all the controls and gadgets, and told me to reach out if I had any other questions. Prices are too high for less quality parts. Especially tires. $ 500 for a few bolts and plates.
The glove box was left unattached, we had to reattach it. We were told the car was missing the plate that covers the oil filter, yet only Classic Westside Mazda works on our car so that means it was probably not placed back on last time. We had to ask for one to be put on. Every time we bring our car up, we're told we need some kind of a new filter of some sort - the prices are ridiculous. $130 for an oil change is outrageous.

Classic Mazda Westside has consistently provided excellent service. Scheduling service has been easy. A video of the condition of my car helps me see what the mechanic sees. The waiting area is pleasant and set up so I can work remotely. I especially appreciate being able to use a loaner car when a repair requires longer than a few hours.
My service experience was very good. My 16 year old car has never had an oil change anywhere than the dealership. Everyone is polite and respectful. I am elderly and disabled, and I always wait for mu car.

I had a 12pm appointment and was just dropping it off and asking that it be done by 3pm. I never received my usual video inspection and when I didn't hear from anyone I finally called at 3:30 asking when it would be done. The gentleman said another 45 minutes. I'm not sure a routine 30k service took 4+hours. I still have not received the video
