 What’s New for the 2024 MAZDA CX-30?

The Mazda CX-30 was introduced to drivers in the Westside area and beyond in 2020 as a sleek, athletic crossover. This two-row model has benefited from several updates since its launch, and these improvements continue in the 2024 model year. The most significant update to the 2024 Mazda CX-30 is the launch of the Carbon Turbo trim level. The Carbon Turbo has a standard four-cylinder, turbo 2.5-liter engine, generating 227 horsepower. If you choose this trim level, your 2024 Mazda CX-30 will have Terracotta leather upholstery, black wheels, and Zircon Sand exterior paint. The other powertrain on select trims is a non-turbo 2.5-liter, four-cylinder gas engine with 191 horsepower. All Mazda CX-30 crossovers have standard all-wheel drive.

Another update for the 2024 Mazda CX-30 is the transition of the Select trim into the Select Sport trim. The renamed Select Sport now has Ceramic Metallic exterior paint, a dual-zone auto climate control system, black faux-leather upholstery, black mirror caps, and 18-inch wheels.

If you opt for a Turbo trim level, your Mazda CX-30 will now have a larger 10.3-inch central display screen. The other features offered across the trim levels are unchanged. The available features include front and rear parking sensors, traffic jam assist, a surround-view camera, a 12-speaker Bose audio system, a heated steering wheel, a head-up display, a power liftgate, paddle shifters on the leather-wrapped and heated steering wheel, memory controls for the driver’s seat, heated front seats, a dual-zone auto climate management system, a blind-spot alert, a drowsy driver monitor, adaptive cruise control, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, forward collision mitigation and additional features.

Except for the updates mentioned above, the exterior of the 2024 Mazda CX-30 is unchanged. This small crossover makes a bold statement on Westside-area roads with its angled contouring, thick molding, and swooping hood design. The nose is dressed with a chrome-accented grille, and this chrome piece rises to underscore the LED headlights.
